Visit Our Nursery
Prospective families are warmly invited to tour the nursery by appointment and experience the nurturing environment and exciting curriculum for themselves.
The Headteacher and other members of staff will be available to answer any questions you may have and you will be able to tell us more about your child.
We also offer stay and play sessions where parents and carers have the opportunity to come into nursery and spend time playing with their children.
Starting school can be a daunting experience for children so we want parents to feel as comfortable and confident as possible when choosing a nursery for their child.

St Andrew’s Reception
Attending nursery at St Andrew’s prepares your child for life in reception where they will continue their learning based on ‘Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage.’
Children will already be familiar with the school setting having started their education journey at St Andrew’s nursery, allowing children to feel more at home once they start reception.
Children can look forward to even more fun and immersive learning once they reach reception with opportunities to build on their friendships, learn through engaging activities and continue their development in a familiar environment.
Applying to Reception
You can apply for your child’s place in reception through the Local Authority Admissions department via Rochdale Council website. For full details on St Andrew’s admissions policy, visit the Admissions page.
